Cookie policy
Last updated · 29 September 2026
This page explains which files the site stores in your browser, why, and how you can change your choice at any time. It follows Romanian Law no. 506/2004 (Art. 4(5)) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a site saves in your browser to remember something between visits. Besides cookies, sites can also use the browser's local storage, which works the same way. Below we call them all "cookies".
2. In short
- Without asking, we only set strictly necessary cookies, without which the site wouldn't work properly.
- Google Analytics (visit statistics) and the Google map load only if you press "Accept".
- We don't use advertising cookies. No Facebook pixel or other marketing tools.
3. Cookies we use
Name | What it does | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
ts-cookies | Remembers your choice in the cookie bar, so we don't ask on every visit | Until you delete it | Strictly necessary |
payload-token | Keeps staff logged in to the admin panel. Never set for visitors | 8 hours | Strictly necessary |
_ga | Google Analytics: tells visitors apart, without knowing who they are | 2 years | Analytics, only with consent |
_ga_FTEYYF04VM | Google Analytics: remembers the current visit | 2 years | Analytics, only with consent |
4. Third-party cookies
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, by Google Ireland Ltd., to see how many people visit the site, which pages they read and on which devices, without knowing who they are. It starts only after you press "Accept", with IP anonymisation and no advertising features. If you press "Decline", it doesn't load at all.
Google map
The home page has a Google Maps map showing the way to the restaurant. Until you agree, you only see the address and a button. The map loads only if:
- you press "Accept" in the cookie bar, or
- you press "Show the map" on the map itself.
From that moment, Google Ireland Ltd. may set its own cookies and receives your IP address. Google uses them under its own policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
If you press "Decline", the map doesn't load and the rest of the site works the same.
5. How to change your choice
Your choice stays saved in your browser. To change it, clear the site's data in your browser and reload the page. The cookie bar will show up again.

- Safari (Mac): Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Safari (iPhone): Settings → Safari → Advanced → Website Data

6. If we add something new
